9. Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of check-in.
10. Please check with the hotel whether the voucher may be used for other on-site businesses like Spa, restaurant, parking, and other services.
11. Hotels have the right to refuse an Historic Hotels of Europe Voucher as payment in instances where bookings were not made directly with the hotel.
12. No change will be given out on Vouchers but the balance can be used for future stays or services.
