When you are purchasing your Gift Experience Voucher, your voucher will be delivered by email. You can also choose whether the Voucher is emailed directly to you or to somebody else and personalize the Voucher by adding a short text.
To redeem a Gift Experience Voucher, simply choose from one of the participating hotels featured on www.HistoricHotelsofEurope.com distinguished by “Gift Experience Voucher”, phone the hotel or make a booking on their website. When you arrive at the hotel present your Historic Hotels of Europe Voucher at reception. Where possible please notify the hotel in advance of your stay that you intend to use an Historic Hotels of Europe Voucher. Please Note: A credit/debit card may be required to secure the booking with the hotel.

Yes. Our Historic Hotels of Europe Voucher will allow you to make purchases at the hotel. Please note some independent facilities such as certain Restaurants, Spa, Gym, Shop, Barbers, Hairdressers may not be in a position to accept payment with our Voucher. Please advise hotel if you wish to use the voucher for other amenities - guests may need to charge purchases to their room and pay with voucher on check-out.
