1. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. 2. Vouchers are redeemable at Fernhill House. 3. Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. 4. Services subject to availability. 5. All bookings MUST be made directly with Fernhill House. 6. All terms and conditions of Fernhill House where your Gift Experience Voucher is being used apply to your booking. 7. Voucher CANNOT be used in conjunction with any third party booking agent or booking website. 8. You must advise Fernhill House on check-in, or preferably in advance of arrival, of your intention to use the Historic Hotels of Europe Voucher as payment. 9. Gift Experience Vouchers or gift codes must be presented at time of check-in. 10. Please check with Fernhill House whether the voucher may be used for other on-site businesses like Spa, restaurant, parking, and other services. 11. Fernhill has the right to refuse an Historic Hotels of Europe Voucher as payment in instances where bookings were not made directly with the hotel. 12. No change will be given out on Vouchers but the balance can be used for future purchases.
