1) Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. 2) Vouchers are redeemable at Schloss Wartegg and subject to availability. 3) Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. 4) All bookings MUST be made directly with the hotel. 5) All terms and conditions of the hotel apply to your booking. 6) Vouchers CANNOT be used in conjunction with any third party booking agent or booking website. 7) You must advise Schloss Wartegg on check-in of your intention to use the Historic Hotels of Europe Voucher as payment. 8) Please check with the hotel whether the voucher may be used for other on-site businesses like Spa, restaurant, and other services. 9) No change will be given out on vouchers but the balance can be used for future bookings.
