Experience Dromore House

Dromore House is a modest Georgian family home built in 1826, set in 3 acres of mature grounds in the rich Northern Irish countryside. Restored over 20 years with almost all original features retained, this authentic country house offers a peaceful retreat just 25 minutes from the Giant's Causeway and 20 minutes from Royal Portrush Golf Club, yet only 5 minutes from Coleraine town. The four generously proportioned rooms feature Egyptian cotton sheets, period shutters, roll-top baths, and antiques collected over a lifetime. Guests enjoy traditional Ulster breakfasts with locally sourced produce including butcher's sausages, Clonakilty black pudding, and homemade potato bread. The three-acre gardens offer mature trees, woodland paths, an orchard, and visits from hares, badgers, foxes, red squirrels, and countless birds, creating a wildlife sanctuary close to Game of Thrones filming sites and Mussenden Temple.
